A factual correction
The document, the passage, what is wrong, and a source where you have one. The corrections page sets out what happens to it.
A handling report
Material that should not be public, or that misrepresents a living practice. Put "handling" in the subject: these are reviewed by a person and the material comes down while the claim is resolved.
Institutional access
Universities, libraries and cultural institutions asking about durable citation, usage reporting, catalogue records or a continuity commitment.
Platform licensing
Other language and heritage communities who want the same apparatus for their own material. This is the project's main commercial line and it is genuinely open.

Answered at organisation level. The project does not put individual contributors forward as spokespeople.

The organisation, not an individual. No contributor is presented here as an authority on Yorùbá tradition, because none of them holds that standing: they are not babaláwo, not priests, not elders, and not custodians. What the project claims is the assembly and the apparatus, and those are checkable without anyone's name attached to them.
Scholarly authority over contested material is the advisory board's role, and its status is on Governance and ownership.
